Isaiah 55:11 The words I say do the same thing. They will not return to me empty. They make the things happen that I want to happen. They succeed in doing what I send them to do.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching and for showing people what is wrong in their lives. It is useful for correcting faults and teaching how to live right.
Using the Scriptures, the person who serves God will be ready and will have everything he needs to do every good work.
2 Peter 1:19-21 This makes us more sure about the message the prophets gave. and it is good for you to follow closely what they said. Their message is like a light shining in a dark place. That light shines until the day begins and the morning star rises in your hearts.
Most of all, you must understand this; No prophecy in the Scriptures ever comes from the prophet's own interpretation.
No prophesy ever came from what a man wanted to say. But men led by the Holy Spirit spoke words from God.

The Lord Questions Job
Job 38:1-3 Then the Lord answered Job from the storm. He said;
"Who is this that makes my purpose unclear by saying things that are not true?
Be strong like a man. I will ask you questions, and you must answer me.
Job 40:6-7 Then the Lord spoke to Job from the storm:
"Be strong, like a man. I will ask you questions. And you must answer me.
Job 42:4-7 You said, 'Listen now, and I will speak. I will ask you questions. And you must answer me.'
My ears had heard of you before. But now my eyes have seen you.
So now I hate myself. I will change my heart and life and sit in the dust and ashes."
End of the Story
After the Lord had said these things to Job, he spoke to Eliphaz the Temanite. The Lord said to him, "I am angry with you and your two friends. This is because you have not said what is right about me. But my servant Job did.
Romans 10:14-17 But before people can trust in the Lord for help, they must believe in him. And before they can believe in the Lord, they must hear about him. And for them to hear about the Lord, someone must tell them.
And before someone can go and tell them, he must be sent. It is written, "How beautiful is the person who comes to bring good news."
But not all the Jews accepted the good news. Isaiah said, "Lord, who believed what we told them?"
So faith comes from hearing the Good News. And people hear the Good News when someone tells them about Christ.
Acts 26:17-18 I will not let your own people hurt you. And I will keep you safe from the non-Jewish people too. These are the people I am sending you to.
I send you to open their eyes that they my turn away from darkness to the light. I send you that they may turn away from the power of Satan and turn to God. Then their sins can be forgiven and they can have a place with those people who have been made holy by believing in me.'
Romans 15:4-7 Everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that we could have hope. That hope comes from the patience and encouragement that the Scriptures give us.
Patience and encouragement come from God. And I pray that God will help you all agree with each other the way Christ Jesus wants.
Then you will all be joined together, and you will give glory to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Christ accepted you, so you should accept each other. This will bring glory to God.
