“The Power of Shalom”

Text: Numbers 6:26 – “The Lord lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.”

Beloved, the word “Shalom” is more than a simple “peace be with you.” In Hebrew, Shalom means wholeness, completeness, nothing missing, nothing broken. It is the fullness of God’s blessing — peace in your mind, health in your body, harmony in your relationships, and prosperity in your path.

When Christ said, “My peace I give unto you,” He was giving us Shalom — a divine state where storms may rage around you, but cannot rule within you. True peace is not the absence of trouble; it is the presence of God in the midst of it.

So today, receive God’s Shalom. Let it calm your fears, restore your joy, and guard your heart. Speak it over your life — “Shalom in my home, Shalom in my mind, Shalom in my future.”

For where Shalom reigns, God Himself is present.
