Always Prioritize Pause and Reflection Over Anger and Judgment.

Sometimes we end up failing in the very things we once condemned others for. We expose their faults, parade their names, and highlight their mistakes, yet we rarely take time to reflect on why they failed — to see how we ourselves could easily fall into the same trap. True wisdom is not in judgment, but in reflection and humility.

This reminds me of what Jesus said in Matthew 23:29–31 (KJV):

“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.”

It is easy to speak against the errors of others, yet without self-examination, we may become the very image of what we condemn. That’s why we must always pause, reflect, and seek understanding before reacting with anger or judgment.
