God loves us. He provides food, vision, music, jobs, friends, and strong bodies. Everything wears out and everything comes to an end but while we have it, we need to look after it. like it’s on loan.

I’m 68 and I exercise every day because it’s my responsibility. And because I like it. I don’t think Christians do a good job of looking after their bodies. Not like their entertainment choices or their snacks. How about you?
