Matthew 22:41-42 "What do you think about the Christ? Whose Son is He? NKJV

Matthew 22:41-42 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,

saying, "What do you think about the Christ? Whose Son is He?

Answer in the Bible

They said to Him, "The Son of David."

Matthew 1:1 THE book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the Son of David, the Son of Abraham;

Matthew 9:27-28 When Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed him, crying out and saying, "Son of David, have mercy of us!"

And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to him. And Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to him, Yes, Lord."

Matthew 12:22-28 Then one was brought to Him who was demon-possessed, blind and mute; and he healed him, so that the blind and mute man both spoke and saw.

And all the multitudes were amazed and said, "Could this be the Son of David?"

Now when the Pharisees heard it they said,  "This fellow does not cast demons except by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons."

But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them; "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.

"If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself, How them will his kingdom stand?

"And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges.

"But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come to you.

Matthew 15:21-25 Then Jesus went out from there and departed to the region of Tyre and Sidon.

And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to him, saying, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed."

But He answered her not a word. And His disciples came and urged Him, saying, "Send her away, for she cries out after us."

But He answered and said, "I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Then she came out and worshiped him, saying, "Lord, help me!"
