Job 38:8-11 Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?

When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it.

And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors.

And said, Hitherto shall thou come, but no further; and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?

 Answer in the Bible

Genesis 1:9-11 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear; and it was so.

And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he seas; and God saw that it was good.

And God said, Let the earth being forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth; and it was so.
