GOD RESISTETH THE PROUD! James 4:6 > “But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” Introduction Beloved, hear me today: Grace is the lifeline of destiny! Without grace, man struggles in vain. Without grace, your efforts produce little. But with grace, doors open of their own accord, and help finds you without struggle. Grace is the unmerited, undeserved, and unearned favor of God. It is divine assistance that lifts a man from the pit of limitation to the palace of manifestation. Grace is when God says, “You are guilty, but I pardon you.” It is when Heaven smiles upon your weakness and still empowers you to win. But there’s a divine condition to enjoy this grace — HUMILITY. --- Treasure Treasongz Ephraim THE MYSTERY OF HUMILITY Humility is the magnet that attracts grace. Pride, on the other hand, is the repellent that drives grace away. Where pride reigns, grace withdraws. But where humility abides, grace overflows. Every great man you admire — whether in ministry, leadership, or destiny — has a traceable mark of humility. The secret of rising higher in God’s kingdom is going lower before Him. > James 4:10: “Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up.” 🔥 Prophetic Declaration: I prophesy upon your life — As you humble yourself before God, He will lift you beyond human imagination! Your promotion will break protocols! Grace will single you out in your family and generation, in the mighty name of Jesus! --- THE PARABLE OF HUMILITY (Luke 18:9–14) Two men went into the temple — a Pharisee and a publican. The Pharisee bragged before God about his fasting, his giving, and his righteousness. But the publican bowed his head in repentance, saying, “God, be merciful to me, a sinner.” Jesus declared that the publican — the humble one — went home justified, while the proud Pharisee went home rejected. Lesson: God is not impressed by your achievements; He is moved by your brokenness. He lifts the contrite but resists the arrogant. > “For every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.” — Luke 18:14 🔥 Prophetic Word: I decree and declare — May you never be rejected by Heaven because of pride! May your humility become a fragrance that attracts divine favor! From today, mercy will speak for you where judgment was prepared against you! --- THE POWER OF SUBMISSION > James 4:7: “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” Submission is the language of humility. To submit means to acknowledge God as your Source, your Strength, and your Sustainer. The reason many believers cannot resist the devil is because they have not first submitted to God. When you surrender fully, grace is released, and that grace empowers you to resist the devil successfully. 🔥 Prophetic Declaration: From today, receive grace to submit to God totally! I decree — every satanic oppression over your destiny, marriage, business, and ministry flees right now! Let your heart be fixed on Him. Tell Jesus daily, “I can’t help myself without You.” It is only the humble and the wise that truly know they need Jesus. --- SALVATION CALL If you have not given your life to Jesus, the time is now. Grace is waiting for you. Say, “Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I need You. I surrender my life to You. Every trace of pride in my life — consciously or unconsciously — be uprooted by fire, in the name of Jesus! 4. Father, lift me up by Your grace and let my rising glorify You alone! 5. Lord Jesus, I depend on You totally — take over my life and use me for Your glory. --- PROPHETIC DECLARATION I prophesy over your life: Grace will locate you where labor has failed you! Mercy will speak for you where accusation was rising! God will decorate your humility with honor and influence!
