“When Betrayal Becomes Deliverance”

They’re not angry because you failed them — they’re mad because you healed. You took the knife that was meant to destroy you and used it to cut ties with what was draining your spirit. That’s growth. That’s deliverance.

Sometimes God allows betrayal to be the very thing that frees you. Joseph’s brothers sold him, but that “knife” led him to the palace (Genesis 50:20). What they meant for evil, God turned for good.

Don’t apologize for protecting your peace. Forgive, but don’t return to bondage. God never called you to stay where you keep getting wounded. He called you to rise, to learn, and to move forward in love and wisdom.
