Day 21 – Living Flames
“You are the light of the world… let your light shine before others.” — Matthew 5:14–16
Jesus didn’t tell His disciples to shine — He told them they already are light.
Light doesn’t try to be light.
It just shines.
A true disciple doesn’t need a title, platform, or crowd.
Their life becomes a lantern people gravitate toward.
Not because they’re perfect — but because their obedience burns bright enough to guide others home.
You are called to be a living flame —
a carrier of the fire you’ve received,
a spark of hope in dark places,
a reminder that Jesus is still redeeming, restoring, and revealing Himself.
Light doesn’t argue with darkness.
It just shows up…
and darkness loses.
---
Reflection
Where is God asking me not just to shine, but to ignite others?
---
Prayer
Jesus, make my life a lamp that points others to You.
Let my obedience burn bright,
my love burn deep,
and my faith burn steady.
Use my flame to spark revival in others.
Amen.
