Colossians 2:8-15 Park Summit 2019 NKJV
John 1:14-18 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, “This was he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me.'”
And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.
For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth comes through Jesus Christ,
No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
Deuteronomy 10:12-22 'And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God require of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul,
"and to keep the commandments of the LORD and His statues which I command you today for your good?
"Indeed heaven and the highest heavens belong to the LORD your God, also the earth with all that is in it.
"The LORD delighted only in your fathers, to love them; and he chose their descendants after them, you above all peoples, as it is this day.
"Therefore circumcise the foreskin of your heart, and be stiff-necked no longer.
“For the LORD your God is God of God’s and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality nor takes a bribe.
"He administers justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing.
"Therefore love the stranger, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt.
"You shall fear the LORD your God; you shall serve Him, and to Him you shall hold fast, and take oaths in His name.
"He is your praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen.
"Your fathers went down to Egypt with seventy persons, and now the LORD your God has made you as the stars of heaven in multitude.
Ephesians 2:11-18 Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh--who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh of hands--
that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were afar off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,
having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,
and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.
And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near.
For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.
