If you have a 'non- Christian Faith Background' or National laws which permit and sanction multiple marriages or co-habitations , you need to be aware that most if not all 'western nations' consider such to be illegal and in many cases , are a criminal offense under the term 'Bigamy'

Sincere unmarried Christian ladies in the west are NOT attracted to a polygamous situation and especially to the idea of being joined to a 'Harem'

I emphasise the word 'Forbidden' , because the main body of Christian belief ( AND Holy Scripture of the Christian New Testament Bible ) declares adultery or bigamy to be Satanic

There are a very few isolated 'Christian communities / cults in USA and Canada and possibly elsewhere which practice polygamy, but are shunned by society and other Christian believers.
