God Will Encourage You along the path of life NKJV
Deuteronomy 8:1-10 "Every commandment which I command you today you must be careful to observe, that you may live and multiply, and go in and possess the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers.
"And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not.
"So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and feed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD.
"Your garments did not wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these forty years.
"You should know in your heart that as a man chastens his son, so the LORD your God chastens you.
"Therefore you shall keep the commandments of the LORD your God, to walk in His ways and to fear Him.
"For the LORD your God is bringing you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs, that flow out of valleys and hills;
"a land of wheat and barley, of vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of olive oil and honey;
'"a land in which you will eat bread without scarcity, in which you will lack nothing; a land whose stones are iron and out of whose hills you can dig copper.
"When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the LORD your God for the good land which He has given you.
Joshua 1:7-9 "Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
"The Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage, do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."
Joshua 24:14-18 "Now therefore, fear the LORD, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the LORD!
"And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."
So the people answered and said, "Far be it from us that we should forsake the LORD to serve other gods;
"for the LORD our God is He who brought us and our fathers up out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bandage, who did those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all the way that we went and among all the people through whom we passed.
"And the LORD drove out from before us all the people, including the Amorites who dwelt in the land. We also will serve the LORD, for He is our God."
Psalm 23:1-6 THE Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.
Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: For You are with me; Your rod and Your shaft, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over,
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.
