In Daniel 3 a King was forcing everyone to bow down to His image and three kids said this and watch what happened as they only cared about what God wanted. In Daniel 3:16-18 it says Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego answered and said to the King, "O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this mater.
If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will delivery us from your hand, O King.
But if not, let it be known to you, O King, that we don not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up."
In verse 28-29 it says Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying,"Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego, who sent His Angel and delivered His servants who trustede in Him, and they have frustrated the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they should not serve nor worship any god except their own God!
Therefore I make a decree that any people , nation, or language which speaks anything against the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego shall be cut into pieces, and their houses shall be cut made an ash heap; because there is no other God who can deliver like this."
Praise God while writing this I was hired for a job today.
Hebrews 13:6 says Jesus Christ is the same Yesterday, today and forever. So we could do this today as well and be successful. Exodus 14:14 says "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace."
