My brother and sister in Christ, I feel led to share something very important from Scripture, because I love you and don’t want anyone to be deceived by teachings that contradict the Word of God.
The doctrine of the Trinity (three co-equal, co-eternal “Persons” in one God) is NOT found in the Bible. It was developed centuries after the apostles and officially voted into church creed at the Council of Nicaea (325 AD) and Constantinople (381 AD). The Bible never uses the word “Trinity,” never speaks of “three Persons,” and never teaches that God is three-in-one in that way.
Here is what the Bible actually, clearly, and repeatedly declares:
There is ONLY ONE GOD, and He is ONE — not three.
✦ “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is ONE LORD” (Deuteronomy 6:4)
✦ “I am the First, and I am the Last; and BESIDE ME THERE IS NO GOD” (Isaiah 44:6)
✦ Jesus himself quoted Deuteronomy 6:4 and said, “The Lord our God is ONE” (Mark 12:29)
Jesus is the ONE GOD manifested in human flesh — not a second divine Person.
✦ “For in him (Jesus) dwelleth ALL THE FULNESS of the Godhead BODILY” (Colossians 2:9)
✦ “God was manifest in the flesh” (1 Timothy 3:16 KJV)
✦ “I and my Father are NOT TWO, but ONE” (John 10:30)
✦ “He that hath seen me hath seen the Father” (John 14:9)
The Holy Spirit is not a separate “third Person” — it's the Spirit OF God Himself.
✦ “There is… ONE SPIRIT” (Ephesians 4:4)
✦ “God is a Spirit” (John 4:24)
✦ The Holy Spirit is consistently described as the Spirit OF the Father and OF the Son — never as another person distinct from them.
Every single baptism in the Book of Acts was done in the NAME (singular) of Jesus Christ — never once using the Trinitarian formula.
✦ Acts 2:38, 8:16, 10:48, 19:5, 22:16 — all in Jesus’ name.
That’s because the one NAME of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is JESUS (Matthew 28:19 + Acts 2:38).
My brother and sister in Christ, please search the Scriptures for yourselves (Acts 17:11). God is not the author of confusion. He revealed Himself clearly through His prophets and apostles as ONE indivisible God who robed Himself in flesh as the Son, and who fills His church today with His own Spirit.
I’m sharing this because I care about Truth and about your souls. Let’s worship the ONE True God the way the apostles did — in Spirit, in Truth, and in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ.
