Romans 8:31-32 What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Indeed, he who did not spare his own Son, but give him up for us all--how will he not also, along with him, freely give us all things?

Romans 10:6-9 But the righteousness that is by faith says: "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?"

But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith that we preach),

because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Ephesians 5:8-13 for you were at one time darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live like children of light--

for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth--

trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord.

Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.

For the things they do in secret are shameful even to mention.

But all things being exposed by the light are made visible.

God is Love

1 John 4:7-11 Dear friends, let us love one another, because love is from God, and everyone who loves has been fathered by God and knows God.

The person who does not love does not know God, because God is love.

By this the love of God is revealed in us; that God has sent his one and only Son into the world so that we may live through him.

In this is love; not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.

Dear friends, if God so loved us, then we also ought to love one another.

1 John 4:14-15 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.

If anyone confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God resides in him and he in God.
