Obadiah 15 "For the day of the LORD upon all the nations is near; As you have done, it shall be done to you; Your reprisal shall return upon your own head.
Amos 5:18-20 Woe to you who desire the day of the LORD! For what good is the day of the LORD to you? It will be darkness, and not light.
It will be as though a man fled from the lion, And a bear net him! Or as though he went into the house, Leaned his hand on the wall, And a serpent bit him!
Is not the day of the LORD darkness, and not light? Is it not very dark, with no brightness in it?

For death has come through our windows, Has entered our palaces, To kill off the children--no longer to be outside! And the young men-- no longer on the streets!

"But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

Smoke went up from His nostrils, And devouring fire from His mouth; Coals were kindled by it.
