Good morning to everyone. Grace and peace be with you.
This wonderful state that I live in (not the state of confusion, but that is true as well), the state of Menopausal Indiana, boy howdy, I think she needs her warm-up pills. The one good thing about this weather is that it is good sleeping weather. Put on the blankies and crack the window a tad, mmmhmmm good sleeping.
Yesterday’s work was a beautiful blessing. Everyone got done in 8 hours or less. I was done in 8 hours. I was home by 6:15 after going to the store. A total blessing. I even found my desk again. It had been lost. It has ADDOPT as well (attention deficit oh paper thing).
This morning, after coffee, we will be making a run to the Urgent Care. Flu has entered my home and has hung out here for far long enough. We are headed to get the ‘good’ cough medicine from the doctors. I don’t need my man coughing up one of his robo cop toys inside. (That’s how hard he is coughing.) We have tried the over-the-counter stuff and thought we might get a handle on it; however, last night proved that it was not getting better.
In school, I was not a big science fan. Absolutely despised it. My brain could not wrap around the concepts that science created. Since mom’s accident, I have been forced to learn more. Learn about the ins/outs of how it works. Some (Most) is still a mystery, but after having some very good doctors and nurses, I have been able to wrap my mind around more. It is amazing how far we have come … even in just the last 30 years.
As with most things that God has provided for good, the enemy has found a way to dig his claws into it and flip script for bad. Where I believe that science is NOT evil, I do believe that evil can promote science. As with all things that God has created, evil changes the tone for its desire.
Today, as you visit the Lord’s house or meet Him in the meadow, have a conversation with Him about the things in your life that were meant for good but have been flipped for evil. Pray for a guiding light to expose the negative and give you a positive response. Set in His presence and envelop His wisdom and do not fall for the enemy’s schemes. Make today your revelation day.
