Aspiring Christians have been moving in and out of the strait gate – one foot in and one foot out. So, God has been whacking the behinds of His children to save them from their self-destructing ways. They’ve been wasting their God-given time by spending time on irrelevant entertainment and internet content (Prov. 6:6. “ Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:”) and so God side lines His children with inconveniences such as sickness, accidents, financial hardship in order to get our attention. Yes, we’ve procured it for ourselves.

Jeremiah 4:18. “Thy way and thy doings have procured these things unto thee; this is thy wickedness, because it is bitter, because it reacheth unto thine heart.”

James 1:13. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
James 1:14. But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
James 1:15. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
