His voice is rarely heard over a busy schedule or a constant flow of noise. The counsel for this frenetic time is quietness. Quietness is not merely the absence of sound; it is the intentional posture of rest and confidence in God’s control. Take a few extra moments today to silence the demands and simply listen for His still, small voice. Prayer Counselor, I silence the distractions of my day. I refuse to let busyness steal my spiritual strength. Lead me back to the quiet place where I can hear Your voice and renew my confidence in Your control. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
