Colossians 3:1-4 30+ Versions RSV

Colossians 3:1-4 If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.

Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.

For you have died, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

Colossians 2:11-15 In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of flesh in the circumcision of Christ;

and you were buried with him in baptism, in which were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.

And you, who were dead in trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

having canceled the bond which stood against us with its legal demands; this he set aside, nailing it to the cross.

He disarmed the principalities and powers and made a public example of them, triumphing over them in him.

Ephesians 1:15-23 For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the LORD Jesus and your love toward all the saints,

I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers,

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him,

having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,

and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power in us who believe, according to the working of his great might

which he accomplished in Christ when he raised  him from the dead and made him sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,

far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come;

and he has put all things under his feet and has made him the head over all things for the church,

which is his body, the fulness of him who fills all in all.

Matthew 6:9-15 Pray then like this; Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name,

Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread;

And forgive us our debts, As we also have forgiven our debtors;

And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil.

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father also will forgive you;

but if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Matthew 16:21-23 From that time Jesus began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised.

And Peter took him and began to rebuke him, saying, "God forbid, Lord! This shall never happen to you."

But he turned and said to Peter, "Get behind me, Satan! You are a hinderance to me; for you are not on the side of God, but of men."

Verses under Luke as a footnote.

Mark 16:19-20 So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.

And they went forth and preached  everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by the signs that attended it. Amen.

Luke 9:32-33 Now Peter and those who were with him were heavy with sleep but kept awake, and they saw his glory and the two men who stood with him.

And as the men were parting from him, Peter said to Jesus, "Master, it is well that we are here; let us make three booths, one for you and one for Moses and one for E-li'jah"--not knowing what he said.
