Good morning to everyone. Grace and peace be with you.

I slept like a rock last night. So deep that apparently my helmet of salvation fell off, and the enemy was able to infiltrate my dreams. I remember the gist of the dreams, and I have NO idea where they came from other than him. Immediately when I awoke, I sat up and rendered my morning prayer … leading with thanks for a solid night’s sleep but quickly asking for forgiveness for those dreams. Afterwards, asked for a blessing to cover my workday and my employees…ending with the Lord’s prayer.

My assessment of last night’s dreams was as close to a frontal attack as he could get to me. Yesterday’s chaos did not derail me; I found new focus and persevered. Night driving did not stop me; I continued on my journey. So the only thing left was my dreams. The weird thing for me in those dreams was that I recognized the sin and was quite aware of the situation. I could not wake myself up, but in a sense I knew it was wrong. Did the sin, physically, occur … no. However, Jesus said if you think it … it is true. So, it was in my dreams, I was aware, I needed forgiveness.

Have you ever found yourself in a situation that you did not invent or create that turned bad quickly? A time where everything was fine, then all of a sudden it wasn’t. Where you may not have done anything wrong, you felt like you had sinned? Do not be afraid to acknowledge those feelings to God and ask for forgiveness. Don’t brush them away like they are nothing; face them and hand them to Him. I ‘did’ nothing but dream, but the dream was far too vivid for my liking. I asked for His forgiveness for allowing those thoughts and feelings in my dream. It may sound silly, but I want Him to know that I want Him in ALL my life, not just part of it. I want Him and His protection always, not just when I am awake. I want Him forever. My peace comes from Him. My joy comes from Him. My love comes from Him.

Today, I encourage you to look within and see if any areas pop out. If they do, go to Him in prayer and acknowledge those areas. Ask for forgiveness and enjoy the peace and joy that the relinquishing of those thoughts, ideas, or even words back to Him fulfill in you.
Be blessed today my friends.
