We are in the age of deception and most are under the enemy's lies. Most churches have heaped up teachers who cater to their lust, telling them what their itching ears want to hear. They would rather hear a comfortable lie than the brutal, honest truth. These wolves in sheep's clothing, some of the most popular preachers around, have affected many churches. We can identify these wolves by what they say and what they don't say; they twist scriptures, take verses out of context, and mix human wisdom with every verse instead of just preaching exactly what the word says. The sad thing is that those who are deceived have no idea, or they simply don't care. We need to be lovers of the truth, or we too will be deceived.

2 Timothy 4:3-4 KJV - For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Acts 20:29-30 KJV - For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

Matthew 7:15-17 KJV - Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
