A Message From the Founder — Our Commitment to Your Safety

Lordsbook family,

I want to begin with a sincere and heartfelt apology.

I am deeply sorry that I did not take the verification and security process as seriously as I should have earlier. As the founder and steward of this platform, that responsibility ultimately rests with me. Your trust matters, your safety matters, and I acknowledge that we should have acted sooner and more decisively.

Please know this: moving forward, this will be taken extremely seriously.

We are fully committed to protecting every member of the Lordsbook community. We will not tolerate fake profiles, impersonators, scammers, inappropriate images, misleading content, or anyone attempting to cause harm on this platform. We are putting stronger systems, stricter verification, and active monitoring in place to ensure Lordsbook remains a safe, Christ-centered space for everyone.

What is changing immediately:

• All new accounts will undergo mandatory verification
• The entire Lordsbook user database will be verified
• Content, images, and profiles will be actively monitored moving forward
• Accounts that fail verification or violate standards will be removed

What we are asking from EVERYONE:

We kindly but firmly ask every user to please:
• Update your profile picture with a real photo of yourself
(Not an avatar, logo, AI image, or stock image)
• Your profile name may remain the same
• You may be asked to verify your identity one time to confirm authenticity

This process is not about control — it is about care, protection, and integrity.

Identity Verification & Privacy Commitment

Lordsbook respects your privacy and takes the protection of your personal information seriously.

Any government-issued identification uploaded to Lordsbook is used solely for one-time identity verification purposes. Your ID will never be used for marketing, advertising, data profiling, or shared with third parties for any reason unrelated to verification.

Verification materials are reviewed only by authorized Lordsbook personnel and handled using secure systems. Once verification is completed, information is not retained longer than necessary and is managed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

By submitting verification information, you are consenting to its limited use strictly for identity verification — to help maintain a safe, authentic, and scam-free Christian community.

If you have any questions at all, please contact us directly at
Support@Lordsbook.com

Again, I am truly sorry for the delay in addressing this sooner. Thank you for your patience, your grace, and your commitment to helping us build a platform that honors Christ and protects His people.

With humility and resolve,
Pastor Tom Donovan
