A seed does its most important work underground.

Once it’s planted, nothing looks like it’s happening.
No growth.
No evidence.
Just dirt… and waiting.

But beneath the surface, everything is happening.

Roots are forming.
Strength is developing.
Life is being prepared.

God often works the same way in us.

We want visible progress.
God works hidden growth.

Waiting is not wasted time.
It is disciplined trust.

James reminds us that the farmer waits patiently for the harvest, trusting the process he cannot see.

If Day 4 taught us that pressure shapes us,
Day 5 teaches us that waiting strengthens us.

What God is growing in you right now may not be visible yet —
but it is real.

Stay planted.
Stay faithful.
The harvest will come.
