Isaiah 60:21 (KJV)
“Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.”
Reflection
There are truths in Scripture that challenge our understanding. Some words from God seem almost unbelievable when viewed from a human perspective. Such is the declaration in our theme verse: “Thy people also shall be all righteous.”
How can this be? How can an entire people be made righteous? The answer lies in the marvelous work of God. Only the Almighty has the power to transform humanity, and He accomplished this through the sacrifice of Christ on the cross of Calvary.
Jesus did not die for Himself; He died for us. His death secured righteousness for all who believe. The moment we accept Him, we are covered by His sacrifice, and through Him, the world is made righteous.
Glory to God! The outcome of this divine work is eternal inheritance—His people shall inherit the land forever. Amen.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for making me an heir with Christ. In Him, I inherit the earth and lack nothing, for Christ lives in me. Amen.
