GOD WITH US, GOD IN US

Scripture Reading:
“Ask thee a sign of the LORD thy God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above.” — Isaiah 7:11 (KJV)

“But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the LORD.” — Isaiah 7:12 (KJV)

“And he said, Hear ye now, O house of David; Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye weary my God also?” — Isaiah 7:13 (KJV)

“Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” — Isaiah 7:14 (KJV)

Reflection
This prophecy is one of the most remarkable proofs of the accuracy and reliability of God’s Word. Over 700 years before Christ’s birth, Isaiah declared that a virgin would conceive and bear a son, whose name would be Immanuel —meaning God with us.

The fulfillment of this prophecy in Jesus Christ is not only a sign of God’s faithfulness but also a revelation of His presence. He came to dwell among men, but His death and resurrection brought an even greater reality: He now lives within us.

This is the believer’s greatest blessing—we are carriers of God’s presence. His Spirit within us means we walk in divine health, victory, and freedom. Truly, God with us has become God in us. Hallelujah!

Prayer
I reject Satan and all his schemes. I renounce sickness, disease, and every messenger of darkness. By faith, I declare that I am free, whole, and victorious in Christ. Amen.

Bible Reference
Isaiah 53:1–14

Wisdom Capsule
“An empty-head thinks mischief is fun, but a mindful person relishes wisdom.” — Proverbs 10:23 (MSG)
