DAY 2 — MOSES
“Who Made Your Mouth?”
Scripture: Exodus 4:10–12
Moses had a real history.
A real failure.
A real reason to hesitate.
When God called him, Moses didn’t say no.
He said “not me.”
“I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.”
It sounds humble.
It sounds reasonable.
But God didn’t accept it.
God didn’t argue Moses’ weakness.
He confronted his fear.
“Who made man’s mouth?”
In other words:
Did your limitation escape My notice?
Moses wasn’t waiting to be ready.
He was waiting to feel safe.
Modern mirror moment:
We delay obedience because we’re afraid of doing it imperfectly.
We call it wisdom.
God calls it hesitation.
Faith doesn’t remove weakness.
It moves with it.
Lord, I will stop arguing with the One who formed me.
I will speak, step, and obey — even while my voice still shakes.
Send me anyway.
