Good morning God
Dear Heavenly Father,
As the dawn breaks on this new morning, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude and awe, lifting my voice in praise to You, the eternal God who makes all things new. Thank You for the gift of this day, a fresh canvas painted with Your mercy and grace. In the quiet of this hour, I turn my eyes to Jesus Christ, Your beloved Son, the Savior of the world, and I anchor my soul in the unshakable truth of His resurrection.
Lord, just as Acts 1:3 declares, after His suffering, Jesus presented Himself alive to His disciples with many convincing proofs, appearing to them over forty days and speaking of Your kingdom. These irrefutable signs—His wounds touched, His voice heard, His presence felt—dispel every shadow of doubt. He is the living God, risen and reigning! As 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 reminds us, Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried, and rose again on the third day, conquering death itself. Oh, what love is this? He who knew no sin became sin for us (2 Corinthians 5:21), bearing the weight of our shame on the cross, so that we might be forgiven, redeemed, and set free.
Father, I am profoundly thankful for the new life You have lavished upon me through Him. As Romans 6:4 proclaims, we were buried with Christ in baptism and raised to walk in newness of life, no longer slaves to sin but alive in His Spirit. Ephesians 2:4-5 echoes this miracle: Though I was dead in my transgressions, Your great love made me alive with Christ—by grace I am saved! This resurrection power pulses through my veins today, transforming my weary heart into one of bold confidence. Jesus, my Savior, You have done it all: shattered the grave’s chains, poured out Your blood for my healing, and breathed eternal hope into my mortal frame.
With a heart overflowing in thanksgiving, I declare my trust in You, Lord Jesus. Empower me this morning to live as a witness to Your victory, sharing the good news of Your kingdom with joy and fearlessness. Let Your proofs—foretold in Psalm 16:10 and fulfilled in Luke 24:39—stir my faith to rise above trials, embracing each moment as a step in the abundant life You promise (John 10:10).
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Risen One, I pray. Amen.
