What I felt the Spirit say during my prayer time a word for the new year

The wind of My Spirit is blowing —
blowing away the dross and bringing forth new life.
My breath is moving, removing former things
that caused My children to sleep, to slumber,
to walk as those whose eyes were closed.

My wind is blowing away the sand that covered your eyes,
so you will now see clearly by My Spirit.
My power is flowing in a new way.
The things that once closed your eyes to My ways
and to My truth are being removed —
like a blindfold, like scales being lifted.

You will see with new eyes,
with a new heart,
and with renewed power from My Spirit.
You will no longer be blown about by the winds of indecision,
but renewed by the power of truth,
able to see and hear My voice as never before.

The times are moving into darker days,
but do not be afraid.
If you walk in My footsteps
and allow My wind to direct you
into the way I have called you,
you will not fear the darkness,
for you will know the certainty of My presence.

If you trust Me and seek My will with all your heart,
I will be found by you.
I will strengthen you for the days ahead.
Rise up and stand firm,
for My wind will protect all who trust in My name.
You will not be blown away.
