Good morning to everyone. Grace and peace be with you.

We made it. We made it to the end of the year. I don’t know about you, but my there are huge chunks of this last year that are a total blur. I think I like it that way. Haha. However, there are very vivid pieces of this year that I would not change for the world. This year held a plethora of challenges … I think most of them I managed pretty well unscathed; however, there are a few that I got bruised up on. Nevertheless, I made it to the end of the year.

At the beginning of the year, I made a list of three things that I wanted to accomplish this year. One … stay in the Word. I have done that in a couple of different ways. My church attendance is up and I have, well, I will today, finished the two Rick Renner Sparkling Gem devotionals. I have had Volume One since 2012 and never finished. I am so grateful for audiobooks. Today I listen to the last one.

Two … lose 20 pounds(ish). That has been an absolute NOPE. No one to blame but myself. No excuse. No reason. Just didn’t happen. This upcoming year, we will try again.

Three … be nicer to a co-worker. Not just in conversation, but in spiritual building and their walk. Now, that is our daily mission; however, this particular co-worker … let's just say that they have a way of pushing my buttons. Not so much this year. God has really led me on a journey to assist.

Those were the three desires of this year that I wrote down for this year’s adventures. Two out of three … tackled. As I embark on closing out this year, I am thinking about what goals I should and can set for the new year. Will it be books, will it be videos, will it be caretaking? I don’t know yet. I have a day to and an evening to figure it out. Whatever it is, I know that 2026 is going to be all for the Lord. Whatever His mission is for me, I will do all that I can to give it all to Him.

Congratulations on making it through another interesting year. May you close out your 2025 in peace and open 2026 in grace and joy.
Be blessed today my friends.
