Like a heat-seeking missile following the exhaust from a jet fighter's engine, our actions are based on what we think. So, in a time when so much around us teaches us to look for the bad in life, we must actively think about and pursue God's good character, qualities, and blessings.
Prayer
Holy and wonderful God, thank you for being better than anything else in my world. Thank you for expecting more of me than the rest of the world does. Thank you for making me believe that my future will be better than anyone can imagine. Thank you for making me want to live up to your high standards. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
