The Miracle: Some people brought a deaf man to Jesus. Jesus took him aside, touched his ears and tongue, sighed, and said, "Ephphatha!".
Immediate Result: The man's ears were opened, his tongue was loosened, and he began to speak plainly.
Significance: It's the only time in the Bible where Jesus uses an Aramaic phrase and then explains its meaning, showing the power of His word to bring healing and restoration.
