Thought Of The Day...
Time is a sacred trust from God. Every moment we are given carries purpose, potential, and eternal weight. While we cannot go back and relive yesterday, God empowers us to live today with wisdom and intentionality. Redeeming the time is not about rushing through life—it is about living fully aware that each day is a divine assignment.

Moses’ prayer in Psalm 90 reminds us that human life is brief, yet deeply significant. When we learn to “number our days,” we gain clarity. We stop living casually and start living consciously. Redeeming the time means recognizing that our days are counted by God, and therefore our lives should be ordered by His wisdom—not by impulse, pressure, or distraction.
Scripture also declares:
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
God works in seasons. When we discern the season we are in, we can respond appropriately and not miss what God is doing now.
Why Time Must Be Redeemed
• Life Is Brief
“Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow… it is even a vapour” (James 4:14).
Because life is short, every moment should be stewarded with care.
• Moments Carry Assignments
Esther was reminded that she had come to the kingdom “for such a time as this” (Esther 4:14). Time is often the container God uses to deliver purpose. Missing the moment can mean missing the mission.
• Delay Can Cost Us Opportunity
Procrastination dulls spiritual sensitivity. Obedience delayed can close doors God intended us to walk through today.
How We Redeem the Time
• Seek God Daily – Time in God’s presence sharpens discernment and aligns our hearts with His will (Proverbs 3:5–6).
• Walk in Obedience – Immediate obedience redeems time that disobedience would waste.
• Be Spirit-Led, Not Emotion-Driven – The sons of Issachar “had understanding of the times” (1 Chronicles 12:32). Wisdom flows from spiritual awareness.
• Invest in Eternal Things – Souls, character, faith, and obedience outlast everything else (Matthew 6:19–20).

Something to Think About...
• Am I living intentionally or reactively?
• What season has God placed me in right now?
• What step of obedience is God calling me to take today?

Prayer...
Father, Teach me to value time the way You do. Remove distractions that pull me away from purpose. Give me wisdom to recognize divine moments and courage to act when You speak. Help me not to waste this season, but to fulfill Your will with joy and faithfulness. I surrender my time to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Declaration...
I will number my days with wisdom.
I will recognize God’s timing and obey His voice.
I am redeeming the time for God’s glory.
