Col. 3:23
And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men,
This is such an awesome verse! The word "heartily" literally means in the original Greek "from the soul". So, what does this mean, you ask? It means no matter what you are doing throughout the day we are to do it as though we were doing for God. Everything we say, everything we do, it should be as if you are doing it directly for the Lord! So, if you help someone, do it in such a way as if you were doing it for the Lord God Almighty. Are you at work? Do your job as if you are working for God. I hope this will be a blessing and encouragement to you!
