Joseph reminds us that spiritual maturity is not measured by age, but by the depth of devotion to God
While still very young, he was betrayed by his own brothers and sold as a slave to Egypt. From an early age, God allows him to go through intense and painful trials, not to destroy him, but to form his character and strengthen his faith

Scripture says several times, "The Lord was with Joseph" (Gn 39:2). This truth teaches us that God's presence does not always deliver us from trials, but sustains and protects us in the midst of them.

One of the most revealing episodes of her loyalty occurs when she encounters a strong Potiphar's wife, an influential and certainly very attractive woman, openly proposes to her. Joseph had opportunity, quiet, and solitude; however, his response reveals a heart of integrity and fear of God:

"How then can I commit this great evil and sin againstGod? "" (Gn 39:9).

For Joseph, sin was not just a moral fault or a personal fault; he was a direct offense against God and a betrayal of the trust of those around him. Therefore do not reason with temptation and do not bargain with sin: flee

Joseph preferred to lose his mantle, his position, and his freedom, rather than lose his fellowship with the Lord. Years later, the apostle Paul would confirm this principle by admonishing young Timothy:

"Abandon youthful lusts" (2 Timothy 2:22).

Because true spiritual victory is not always resisting, but knowing when to run to remain faithful to God.
