TITHES AND OFFERINGS:- According to Deut. 14: 28-29, the poor, widows, orphans, etc., have a portion/share in the tithes for their enjoyment. On the other hand, TODAY, they are neglected by the churches which believe in tithing. 1 Cor. 16: 1-2, also admonishes the other churches too, to consider the needy, whenever they receive offerings.
