I remember being told the golden rule of treating others as I wanted to be treated by my parents in a way to encourage me to treat others with kindness. Today, I see this very thing being said in one of my favorite gospels (Matthew). How much better and peaceful humanity would be if they would only return back to God and follow his commands. If we were to treat everyone as we wanted to be treated, everyone would be treated well and there would be no more hateful and hurtful things being done to one another.
