My Scripture for today is Psalm 91:1-4. Really touched my heart and caught my eye when I came across this in my studies while waiting on time to leave for church. (Those 4 quoted below, but I suggest reading the entire Psalm.)

"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to Lord. "My Refuge and My Fortress, my God in whom I trust. For He will deliver you from the snare of the Fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with pinions, and under His Wings you will find refuge: His Faithfulness is a shield and buckler." (ESV translation)

We should really be thinking on this passage. So many of us need this refuge now just to get through day by day. And all who believe in Jesus will certainly need the Father to be our Refuge and Shield in the days to come.
