Day 2 — Context Is a Kindness
Scripture: Proverbs 18:17
We are often told half a story — and invited to conclude the rest.
Ancient kings carved victories into stone.
Not because their gods were real — but because they needed them to be.
Chemosh. Ashur. Ra.
All shouting for attention.
Israel’s faith was born inside that noise.
Context doesn’t weaken belief — it strengthens it.
It reminds us that God revealed Himself among rivals, not in a vacuum.
Before you judge a claim today, restore its setting.
Truth is patient with context.

God of history,
teach me to see fully, not quickly.
