Good morning God

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You this morning with humble and grateful hearts, thanking You for the gift of a new day and the breath of life You have placed within us. As Your Word says in Ephesians 6:18, teach us to pray at all times in the Spirit, with every kind of prayer and petition. Lord, we desire a heart that is always turned toward You, alert and watchful, sensitive to Your presence in every moment of our lives.

Father, awaken within us a deep love for prayer—not as a duty, but as a living connection with You. Help us to walk in constant communion, just as You invite us to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Let our thoughts, words, and actions rise to You as a continual offering. Keep our spirits awake, as Jesus warned us to “watch and pray” so that we may not fall into temptation (Matthew 26:41).

Lord, fill us with the Holy Spirit, for we cannot pray as we ought without Your help (Romans 8:26). Teach us to listen as much as we speak, to rest in Your presence, and to be strengthened by Your peace. Give us perseverance in prayer, especially when answers seem delayed, and faith to trust Your perfect will in all things (Luke 18:1).

We lift up all the saints before You today—our families, churches, and fellow believers across the world. Cover them with grace, courage, and unity. Make us faithful intercessors, standing in the gap for one another, bound together in love (Colossians 1:9; John 17:21).

Father, keep our hearts anchored in You throughout this day. Let us dwell in the joy of Your presence, for in You there is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11). May our lives reflect a prayerful spirit, abiding in Christ and bearing much fruit (John 15:4–5).

We surrender this day into Your hands, trusting Your guidance, mercy, and unfailing love.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray,
Amen.
