Quiet Time Prayer
Focus of the Week: Your Will be done - Submitting to God’s Will for Our Calling and Service
23 January 2026
Lord of the harvest,
You call and send, equip and empower (Matthew 9:38). I stand before You like Isaiah, hearing Your voice ask, “Whom shall I send?” and I respond, “Here am I. Send me” (Isaiah 6:8).
Forgive me when fear makes me hesitate, when comfort dulls my obedience. Like clay in the Potter’s hands (Jeremiah 18:6), shape my life for Your purposes.
Teach me that my calling is not about position but obedience.
Lord, show me the good works You prepared in advance for me to do (Ephesians 2:10).
Whether my service is seen or hidden, great or small, may it bring glory to Your name.
Like seeds scattered faithfully, may my life bear fruit in due season (Galatians 6:9).
I surrender my gifts, time, and strength. Use me where You will, how You will, for as long as You will.
Your will be done through me. In the name of Jesus, I pray Amen.
