Good morning God
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You this morning with quiet and grateful hearts, choosing to wait in Your presence alone. As Your Word declares in Psalm 62:1–2, our soul finds rest in You; from You alone comes our salvation. You are our rock, our stronghold, and our unshakable refuge. We thank You that in a world full of noise and uncertainty, You invite us into holy silence where our hearts can trust You completely.
Lord, we acknowledge who You are. You are God Almighty, faithful and unchanging (Malachi 3:6). You are our help and our shield, the One in whom our hearts rejoice (Psalm 33:20–21). This morning, we surrender every fear, every plan, and every burden into Your hands, trusting that You go before us and surround us with Your peace (Psalm 16:8).
Father, we thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. You are our rock, just as Your Word says: “The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer” (Psalm 18:2). Because You are our foundation, we will not be greatly shaken, even when trials arise. Teach us to build our lives upon Christ, the solid rock, and not on shifting ground (Matthew 7:24–25).
Lord, we bless You for Your daily mercies, which are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22–23). Thank You for life, strength, protection, and hope. Thank You for hearing our prayers and for being near to all who call on You in truth (Psalm 145:18). Fill our hearts with thanksgiving today, and let gratitude flow from our lips in every circumstance (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
As we begin this day, we humbly ask for Your blessing. Guide our steps, guard our minds, and keep our hearts anchored in You (Proverbs 3:5–6). Help us to trust You fully and to rest in Your promises. May our lives reflect quiet confidence in Your power and deep devotion to Your name.
We praise You, our rock and our salvation, now and forever.
In Jesus’ precious name we pray,
Amen.
