Heavenly Father, Thank You for the gift of a new day and the blessing of a fresh week. As this Monday begins, we pause to acknowledge that You are already present in everything that lies ahead. You are the God who goes before us, walks beside us, and stands behind us. We commit this day—and this entire week—into Your capable hands.
Lord, Your Word declares, “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24, KJV). Even before the tasks, meetings, responsibilities, and challenges arise, we choose joy. We choose faith over fear and trust over anxiety.
Father, order our steps today according to Your will. “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way” (Psalm 37:23, KJV). Lead us in every decision, every conversation, and every opportunity. Close doors that are not meant for us and give us the courage to walk through the ones You open.
Strengthen us for the work ahead. When we feel weak, remind us of Your promise: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13, KJV). Let Your strength be made perfect in our weakness, and let Your grace sustain us throughout the day.
Lord, we ask for peace in our minds and clarity in our thoughts. Guard our hearts against stress, distraction, and discouragement. “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee” (Isaiah 26:3, KJV). Help us keep our focus on You, no matter what this day brings.
We commit our plans to You, trusting Your outcome. “Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established” (Proverbs 16:3, KJV). Let everything we do bring You glory and reflect Your love.
Cover us and our families today. Keep us safe, protected, and walking in favor. Let this Monday be productive, purposeful, and filled with Your presence.
We begin this week declaring that it will be a week of progress, peace, and divine alignment—because You are with us.
