Heavenly Father, We rise this Thursday morning with hearts full of gratitude. Thank You for the gift of life, for breath in our lungs, and for another opportunity to walk in Your will. “This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24).
Lord, before we ask You for anything, we choose to thank You for everything. Thank You for Your mercy that was new this morning, Your grace that sustained us through yesterday, and Your faithfulness that never fails. “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning” (Lamentations 3:22–23).
We thank You for protection seen and unseen, for doors You opened and for doors You lovingly closed. Thank You for being our provider, our healer, our peace, and our strength. Even in trials, we give You praise, knowing that You are working all things together for our good. “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
Father, as we go forth today, help us to carry a spirit of thanksgiving into every conversation, every decision, and every challenge. Let gratitude guard our hearts against worry and praise silence every complaint. “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God” (Philippians 4:6).
We thank You in advance for what You are about to do today—blessings we have not yet seen, answers we have not yet received, and strength we have not yet needed. We declare that this day is covered, ordered, and favored by You.
We give You all the glory, all the honor, and all the praise.
In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.
Thursday Declaration...
Today, I declare that I will walk in gratitude and victory.
I declare that my steps are ordered by the Lord and my path is blessed.
I declare that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every assignment of the enemy is cancelled.
I declare that favor surrounds me as a shield and goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.
I declare that my mind is at peace, my heart is full of thanksgiving, and my faith is strong.
I declare that this day will be productive, protected, and purposeful.
“This is the confidence that we have in him” (1 John 5:14).
We thank You in advance, Lord, for what You are about to do today—blessings we have not yet seen, answers we have not yet received, and strength we have not yet needed.
