SURRENDER YOUR HEART TO JESUS, TODAY.
This is a VITAL message for the world today, especially when so many people rely upon man, upon their churches or their governments, or doctors, or scientists, when we have all we need in Christ Jesus.
COLOSSIANS 2:8-10 ...'Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are COMPLETE in him, which is the head of all principality and power.'
What is the warning? That we 'beware' of the 'traditions of men', of 'vain philosophy and deceit' and of the 'rudiments of the world.' And oh how many have been taken in by these things! There is more philosophy and tradition of men and rudiments of the world in the churches today than there is gospel truth! When Christ said ... "when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?" (Luke 18:8), He wasn't joking around. He sadly saw the state of the world and the churches in the end times which we live in today.
The various churches are more involved in worldly politics today than they are in the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Power, money and following the ways of the world are the order of the day! Look at the lengths the churches go to today to "appeal" to people of the modern world. The churches should be converting the world to God's ways, but instead the churches have been converted to the world's ways. They adopt the world's standards and ignore the fact that God never changes and His ways never change. Instead of "asking for the old paths, where is the good way, and walking therein" (Jeremiah 6:16), they seek the ways of the world. Why? Because they have rejected Christ as the only means of TRUTH, LIFE and SALVATION. There little of the power of Christ in the churches today!
So I pray you will study and think and pray about this message and heed the warning. This is such a vital message for the time we live in and is very much connected to the final warnings to the world found in the three angels' message of REVELATION 14. While the majority follows after the world, we need to beware!
