Heavenly Father, We rise this Saturday morning with grateful hearts, thanking You for the gift of life, rest, and new mercies. “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24). Thank You for carrying us through the week and for allowing us to wake up clothed in Your grace.
Lord, we invite Your presence into this day. Order our steps and align our hearts with Your will. “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way” (Psalm 37:23). Let this day be marked by peace, clarity, and divine direction.
Father, we ask for rest—not just for our bodies, but for our minds and souls. Where there has been weariness, restore us. Where there has been pressure, release us. You promised, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28), and we receive that rest now.
Cover our families, homes, and loved ones. Let Your protection surround us. “The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore” (Psalm 121:8). Guard our conversations, our decisions, and our hearts.
Lord, prepare us spiritually for what You are about to do. Sharpen our discernment, strengthen our faith, and renew our joy. “They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles” (Isaiah 40:31).
