Heavenly Father, We thank You for the gift of this new day and the beginning of a new week. This Monday is not ordinary—it is filled with purpose because You ordered it. “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24).
Lord, as we rise, we surrender this week into Your hands. Go before us and make every crooked path straight. Align our thoughts, decisions, and actions with Your will. “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths” (Proverbs 3:5–6).
Father, we ask for fresh strength for today. When we feel weary, remind us that You are our source. “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles” (Isaiah 40:31). Strengthen our minds, our bodies, and our spirits to walk in excellence and discipline.
Cover us with Your peace as we face responsibilities, deadlines, and challenges. Guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, bless the work of our hands this week. Let favor rest upon us in our jobs, businesses, ministries, and homes. Open doors no man can shut, and close doors that are not from You. “And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands” (Psalm 90:17).
We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every assignment of the enemy is canceled in Jesus’ name. “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17).
Help us to walk in love, humility, and wisdom today. Let our lives be a light that reflects You. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).
We commit this Monday—and this entire week—to You. We expect Your goodness, Your guidance, and Your glory to be revealed in every area of our lives.
