*HAVE ROOT IN GOD’S WORD*

Colossians 2:6-7.
As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

Beloved, you need to be rooted in the word of God even if in a single verse that offers you life with Christ forever. I am talking about the verse that makes it clear to you that without Christ you can’t live a meaningful life. Being rooted in the word does not mean you should quote a lot of scriptures, for one can quote the entire bible yet not abiding in God’s word.

Until the word of God is the dictator of your direction in life, you have no root in God. And sooner or later you’ll fall away forever. It’s not possible to live in God’s created world without having root in his instructions for living. My world, my order. Anyone who refused this principle is not fitting living in this world in the first place. You’re a child of God and must live by his word.

Prayer: Hallelujah! Thank you Father for helping me to have deep root in your words. His word is forever my medication. And his word shall always order my steps and establish my going.
