I don't believe Woman should be pastoring men, the Bible says it clearly.

(1 Timothy 2:12) And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. (NKJV)

And that is the miss up thing in Philly there are more churches with woman pastors than there are of men.

The only woman we see pastoring in the Bible is Rachel and she pastor four footed animals not two legged men.

Genesis 29:9 ¶ Now while he was still speaking with them, Rachel came with her father's sheep, for she was a shepherdess.

But I could hear one now say but what about Debroah? The reason Debroah judged Israel was because God had sold Israel because of their sin it was to humble them.

(Judges 4:3-4) And the children of Israel cried out to the LORD; for Jabin had nine hundred chariots of iron, and for twenty years he harshly oppressed the children of Israel. Now Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, was judging Israel at that time. (NKJV)

But What does God think of Woman shepherding men we find out in Isaiah.

Isaiah 3:12 As for My people, children are their oppressors, And women rule over them. O My people! Those who lead you cause you to err, And destroy the way of your paths."

To accept a woman pastoring men is to reject the Bible and say I know better than God. It is also to reject the Trinity. For in the Trinity the Son Submits to the Father as wife should submit to her husband.

1Corinthians 11:3 But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.
