Father God, I thank You for the Word that was released on Sunday—a Word that didn’t just inspire me, but lifted me. As this new week begins, I rise in Your strength, not in my own. I rise above yesterday’s burdens, last week’s battles, and every voice that tried to count me out.
Your Word declares,
“Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.” — Psalm 37:24
So today, I rise upheld by Your hand.
I rise from disappointment.
I rise from delay.
I rise from fatigue and frustration.
I rise because You are not finished with me.
Lord, like Your Word says,
“The righteous falleth seven times, and riseth up again.” — Proverbs 24:16
I may have been knocked down, but I was never knocked out. What tried to bury me only positioned me to rise with greater purpose, deeper faith, and stronger resolve.
According to Your promise,
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.” — Isaiah 60:1
I rise in confidence.
I rise in clarity.
I rise in obedience.
I rise in expectation that this week will produce fruit, favor, and forward movement.
Every heavy weight is lifted.
Every assignment of the enemy is canceled.
Every door ordained by You will open at the right time.
And just as Your Word reminds me,
“We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed.” — 2 Corinthians 4:8–9
So I declare it boldly:
I am down—but not done.
Pressed—but not broken.
Delayed—but not denied.
And STILL… I RISE.
I step into this Monday covered, confident, and committed to Your will.
In Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen.
